All these images are taken using the mighty Toyo View 810 (8×10″ sheet film). This is a beast of a camera; not only is it big, it’s really heavy as well. Beautiful to use as the ground glass screen is so large it’s a bit like watching television (except upside down and back to front). The negatives are developed in trays using my own recipe film developer (based on Kodak’s D-23), so each shot is quite a lot of work – but well worth it.
